Account management, sales tracking, and cash accountability are just a few of the operational tools to help you evaluate, analyze, and control driving range ball sales. FLEXIBILITY. Utilizing our one-ball-at-a-time vending, you have the ability to deliver any number of balls in up to three bucket sizes. This means you can effectively boost sales by configuring a bucket pricing structure best suited to your facility. CONVENIENCE. By offering multiple payment options and locating the ball dispenser near the tee line your customer may conveniently make additional purchases. For the operator, this means increased sales revenue and a reduction in operating costs. Customized payment options: PIN, e-key, cash, and credit card. 11,000 ball capacity (optional 5,000 ball extension available). Three independent vend sizes. Vends eleven balls per second.

Payment Options

With the newly integrated e-range System, range cards and costly tokens are things from the past. Tokens are replaced by 6 digit pin numbers and pre-paid sales are stored on electronic key fobs (e-keys). To you, this means reliable operations and accountability like never before.

The e-range software allows you to easily sell single basket or e-key purchases with just a few clicks. For e-key purchases, you may offer your customer discounted purchase rates and revalue the e-key at anytime. A Club Membership feature allows you to program the e-key to a specific value on a daily basis. This is an excellent feature as you still have control over the number of baskets a club member can access in a given day. Furthermore, the e-keys may be programmed to expire on the date you choose.

Every transaction including each basket dispensed is accounted for. Through a variety of pre-defined reports and graphs, you may compare sales to your POS system, account for money received at the dispenser, and monitor overall dispenser activity. In some cases, POS integrations are available.

e-range Crossfire

Accept Credit Cards At Your Dispenser

The e-range Crossfire allows you to accept major credit and ETS gift cards right at your ball dispenser. With the Crossfire system you can expect increased ball revenues and reduce your vulnerability to theft. The Crossfire system is available as an add on to our 1700 Series dispenser or can be retrofitted to update your existing ball dispenser. The Crossfire may also be mounted to a bill acceptor for a cash/credit option. Installation is a snap and with Wi-Fi technology, it is not necessary to install a data cable from the dispenser to the Crossfire enabled computer.
